1. Use of Our Services

By engaging with the Foundation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide truthful information and not to misuse our services or engage in any activity that violates these terms or applicable laws.

2. Our Programs

The Foundation provides assistance to unpaid caregivers through:

• Kris's Care Package — one-time immediate relief
• Ricky's Reach — monthly recurring relief
• For Rick's Sake — high-impact emergency intervention

3. Applications, Grants, and Donations

There is no cost to apply and no fee is ever charged to an applicant. If anyone asks you to pay a fee in connection with a grant from the Foundation, it is not from us.

Grants are awarded at the Foundation’s sole discretion, are reviewed individually, and are not guaranteed. Submitting an application does not create an entitlement to funds, and meeting the criteria for a program does not guarantee an award. Awards depend on available funding.

Donations are voluntary and are processed by our third-party donation platform, subject to that platform’s terms. A donation does not create any obligation on the Foundation and does not influence any grant decision.

4. Not an Emergency Service

The Foundation is not an emergency, medical, or crisis service, and nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice. If you or the person you care for is in danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.

5. SMS Notifications

You may choose to receive transactional and conversational SMS messages related to your application, our programs, and the Foundation’s work. Application and fundraising preferences are set separately on our form, and consent to texts is never required to apply for or receive a grant.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide is used to review your application, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for message delivery failures, delays, or errors caused by carrier networks, device settings, or service disruptions. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
